本项目位于珞珈创意城,商场以年轻时尚品牌居多。我们综合分析了业主的品牌特点和经营策略,作为一个年轻的时尚快销品类,需要在众多年轻时尚品牌中脱颖而出,吸引年轻群体的目光,并且作为快销品类的产品和品牌定位决定了施工不会走高预算这条路,因此我们做出的策略是在空间结构上做文章,而非表面装饰或复杂的软装陈列。
The project is located in a shopping mall in Wuhan, and the mall is dominated by young fashion brands. We comprehensively analyze the brand characteristics and business strategy. As a young brand, we need to stand out among many brands, attract the attention of young people, and there will not be many budgets for decoration, so we will focus on the space structure.



我们置入两套轴网将空间划分为两个完全不同的体验区:开敞的入口空间结合半封闭的内部体验空间,并且以黑与白在视觉上产生强烈撞击。辅以镜面和灯带在白色区域将空间双倍拉伸形成空间张力。这种手法不需要复杂的施工工艺,全部采用最常规的轻钢龙骨隔墙,石膏板吊顶,乳胶漆和水泥饰面漆。达到了高格调但非高成本的状态。
We placed two sets of grids to divide the space into two completely different experience zones: an open entrance space and a semi-enclosed interior experience space, and a visual contrast between black and white. A mirror and a light strip are used to double the space in the white area to form a spatial tension.This method does not require complicated construction techniques and achieves a high-grade but non-high-cost state.
