本次大奥火锅的设计项目位于武汉市二七横路，是众多美食爱好者经常光顾的老街。但由于街道老旧缺乏整体规划，整条街的店面形象大多还停留在十年前。作为一个由80后业主创立的年轻化火锅品牌，我们首先要做的是树立其独特鲜明的品牌形象，使其在老街中脱颖而出。
The design project of the Great Austrian Hot Pot is located in Erqi Heng Road, Wuhan City. It is an old street frequented by many food lovers. However, due to the lack of overall planning of the old streets, the image of the entire street still stayed a decade ago. As a young hot pot brand founded by the post-80s owners, the first thing we need to do is to establish a unique and distinctive brand image to make it stand out in the old street.
通过与业主的沟通，我们发现与众多80后年轻人一样，他们成长于现代与传统强烈冲击的90年代，对充满未来感的高科技有强烈的追逐，但对于曾经的旧岁月也饱含怀念。这让我们想到了《星球大战》系列电影，这部承载了80后成长记忆的电影中拥有原始的废墟，古代的遗迹，以及穿插其间的高科技元素。这种强烈的冲突形成的美感与本项目于老街道中打造的年轻化鲜明形象的主旨高度吻合。于是我们选取电影中具有代表性的场景及元素，将其建筑化，整合在空间中，以一种暗示的方式，给使用者营造出具有趣味性的用餐体验。
Through communication with the owners, we found that like many post-80s young people, they grew up in the 90s with a strong impact on modernity and tradition. They have a strong pursuit of futuristic high-tech, but they are also nostalgic for the old days. This reminds us of the "Star Wars" series of films, which bear the original ruins of the 80-year-old memory, the ancient ruins, and the high-tech elements interspersed. The beauty of this intense conflict is highly consistent with the theme of the young and vivid image created by the project in the old streets. So we select the representative scenes and elements in the film, and build them into space.
因为是老旧建筑，空间结构较为复杂。为了弱化结构上的缺陷，我们采用拱形与弧形的构成元素对原始空间进行了重新塑造，在解决了诸多问题的同时，更形成了独特的店面风格，丰富客人的视觉体验。
Because it is an old building, the spatial structure is more complicated. In order to weaken the structural defects, we reconstructed the original space with arched and curved elements. While solving many problems, we also formed a unique store style to enrich the guest's visual experience.
在一楼的墙面安置了一块圆镜，使一楼空间双倍放大，同时圆形也呼应了弧形的构成元素。
A circular mirror is placed on the wall of the first floor, so that the space on the first floor is doubled, and the circular shape echoes the curved elements.
入口通高部分攫取电影中古建筑常见的拱形及圆形元素作为空间形态，并在墙面以霓虹灯Storm Trooper icon点缀，构建场景代入感。
The entrance to the high section captures the arches and circular elements common to the film's medieval buildings as a spatial form, and is decorated with neon Storm Trooper icon on the wall to create a sense of scene substitution.
基地里的窗洞，作为主要元素多次运用在空间中，并且采用镜面于封闭空间内营造窗的视觉延伸感受。
The window hole in the base is used as a main element in the space many times, and the mirror is used to create a visual extension of the window in the closed space.
楼梯空间的灵感来自电影中黑武士拿着激光剑出现在飞船里的场景，顶部的LED灯条仿佛激光剑将整个狭长空间渲染成红色。行进其中，神秘的紧张感扑面而来。
The stair space was inspired by the scene in which the Darth Vader appeared in the spaceship with a lightsaber. The top LED strips seemed to be a laser sword that rendered the entire narrow space into red.
二层黑色墙面以宇宙舰队装饰画点缀，还原置身于船舱中透过窗户所看到的宇宙景象。
The black walls on the second floor are decorated with cosmic decorative paintings that restore the cosmic vision seen through the cabin windows.
